Yea something is not calibrating correctly. Go back through your Tx, make sure End points are at 100, Expos are at 100. Double check to make sure all driver aids like ABS or things like that are turned off then try it again. Make sure you have your Tx set correctly for the ESC( reverse or normal) I have done that before when I got my new Tx, it will act like it's calibrating then You just get a blinking orange light, indicating that it did not calibrate.
