Where are you located? Being a proline driver obviously big fan of the X compound but I would recommend x3 or x4 especially as the temps start to drop here in the northeast.
I'm in sunny southern California and it is still nice and toasty out here (900-102°)
Ty was running X1s where most other drivers were using medium compounds. I wanted to see Maifields tires after the main as he'd stated they were wearing fantastic as well (not sure what compound he was using). Tough to judge since he only ran about 35-40 minutes of the main.
