Why make a skinny 103?
I made mine because we no longer run 200mm/foams at national level, and considering I have plenty of spare F103 cars it was cheaper to fit an F104 front end on it to go narrow instead of buying a whole car for a handful of races.
It took a bit of tuning to get the balance right but once sorted it goes just like you would expect a short wheelbase pan car, changes direction nicely but isn't as stable as a normal wheelbase modern chassis.
