I tried it a few days ago on a Losi 8E 3.0 buggy that belonged to our LHS owner.

Maybe with some more track time, I mighta, sorta, kinda, woulda but in the end, I just disliked it. Our track is a bit technical and corners are pretty sharp and AVC just made me run wide all the time. There is no running on the inside to pass someone with a RC equipped with AVC. I am far from a pro but I think if you want to go fast, AVC will not help you. It will assist you around the track at a decent pace and help correct input errors that you might do on occasion, but as far as running quick lap times, its not gonna happen.

Hopefully will try it without it this weekend, the buggy is pretty sweet with the Tekin system he just built. But in order to remove AVC, I think he said he has to re-bind the Tx after disabling it....really? I guess I should look into it more, I did buy my little guy a DX4C for the upcoming carpet racing season that has it as well.
