First race was tonight!
Stock buggy - qualified 8/10 - Finished the main in 8th as well.
Could have qualified as high as fourth if I only shaved 10 seconds off my run but multiple multiple crashes prevented that. But at least its attainable!!
The guy running the show knew I was a newbie and had me run the novice main right after the stock main. I won! nothing to be super pompous about seeing as it was a much lower class, but it was fun. Now to just work on smooth mistake free laps and actually tuning the car and seeing how it affects my times.
Everyone was super nice and helpful, what a great community.
