A 94761 servo is rated for 4.8v or 6.0v, not 3.7 and as an example the JR 3650 is also rated for 4.8v or 6.0v. I'm just curious where you are getting your info from?
I own one. The servo to use(that will fully utilize the M12 capabilities) is the Sanwa SRG-HS(94972). It is rated for one cell use, nominal voltage input 3.7V.

The M12 displays receiver voltage, it is battery voltage when using the vortex with one cell. Unless there is a setting for the bec that I have not found, it does not have a booster circuit.
