I have used all the motors you mention in 13.5.
I like the R1 best! I can get the D3.5 almost as fast, but it fades by the end of a 5 min run. My R1 does not. I run my D3.5 with an fdr of 4.0 at my track, but my R1 I run fdr at 4.8, very different from my other motors! It just works for me there! It gets a lot more rpm than any other motor I've had.
