As I read it, rebound stroke is more or less how far down the suspension can move.
Upright spacer is (again as i read it) the spacers put under the ball end to change the angle of the steering arm at the steering block

Just measure my rebound stroke is around 2.0 mm
And I didn't insert any spacer under the ball end in my front arm.
