Raising the tranny is not common on the 2.0. A feature of the 2.0 I would suggest playing with however is adding the axle spacer for high bite astro but if traction is low I would remove the axel spacer. This is the 1mm spacer between the inner bearing and the CV joint referenced in the assembly manual.
Raising the tranny on the 1.0 was to increase rear traction on exit. I would think for astro you would be looking to free up the car so not sure this is a change for you to even play with.
I have noticed the 1mm axle spacer info missing from the newer setups - like on the Maifield one. Unless I just keep missing it.
