Maybe check your pills. On my truck I have seen where the pills wear (especially the rear pills) allowing a lot of slop in the arms. I found that I have to replace the pills much more often than the arms.
Pills are new and it's just the front arms, you can slide the arm back and forth between the hinge pins because the arm is actually not wide enough. The hinge pin hole on the arm has a raised circle around it and there's just not enough material there so there is room for it to slide back and forth instead of being snug up against the pill. I wonder if Tekno would replace them they are brand new?
