I like the rear engine position. Although since I got my setup the way I have it now,I haven't tried it with the engine forward yet but I have been meaning to. At the time,I didn't have any setup on the car that was working to moving the engine was one of those things so I can't honestly say how much steering I might of lost. It still seems to turn great although I feel I have lost some of it,it's not enough to hurt me. But I needed rear traction.

Yes you can cut a larger hole or have a second body. I would prefer a second body. The hole I had to make was just to large to me so after this season ends in Oct. I plan to send two bodies to my painter so I don't have to deal with the large hole.
