Yes, as long as the wheels are right the stadium truck tires will mount right up. Those are for a short course though.
Those tires would be good for indoor damp clay or dirt, or outdoors if the clay/dirt had a good groove with little to no dust.
If you want something for just bashing around look for a tire with a much more aggressive tread, as they will get better traction and last much longer.
