ine thingg to be sure ou do is clean the pipe, & manifold inside and out with some motor spray, dont forget the coupler also. I usually double tie wrap my pipes, then cover it with that thermatape (dynamite stuff). When you reassemble the pipe, be sure to try and center the whole thing in the coupler. that should do it.
another thing you might try is to flare out the pipe and manifold, use a screw driver or pliers to flare it out.

Has anybody had problems with the silicone connection pipe on the exhaust, ran the car for the first time today at the track. The silicone connector between the manifold and the tuned pipe keeps on poping off the pipe (larger Dia) anybody got any fixes.
