This sums it up right here. Totally agree. Related would be amount of current limiting needed to maintain cooler motor temps (assume a high traction surface). If you could run the 4300 with 80-90% CL, but the 4700 needs 50-65% CL (by "needs" I mean keeping motor/esc/battery from overheating and dying), then the 4300 could indeed have more "power" to make the quad, etc.
