I like this two motor limit concept.
I haven't read the rules regarding the change to understand what the exact thinking is behind it, or how practical enforcing it might prove to be, but it seems like a great idea to me.
Hopefully it doesn't, but it could possibly put some people off competing at a title event under such a rule. "I've got to get through 6 rounds of qualifiers and then hopefully 3 A finals in spring daytime temps with only 2 motors to use? That's not fair!".
Personally, I wouldn't be put off by a one motor limit.
(I think there would be a widespread rejection of that from the spec racing community though!)
