We have run the Spec tires on parking lots and find them to be very good. In fact, a few 17.5 drivers are thinking of trying the Spec tire, based on how well the hold up for the USGT drivers and the lower cost.

Try adjusting your set-up or your tire prep to find the balance you need.

I do have to work on setup more. Ran 2 classes today and only had so much time. Thought the car handled well for no more setup time than i had but thought the car was a little loose overall and thought there might be a different tire that would be better on a rougher paved surface. Am not all that familiar with running pavement except with my buggy and slick ions which has much more grip
