I have the perfect solution, go to Lowes and find the chainsaw sharpening tool, looks like a long thin round file. It comes in a 2 pack. The smaller file is 4.2mm. Put the droop screw in the a arms, Chuck the file into a drill and ream out the a arms from both sides. It works perfectly, the hinge pin will be able to fall right through the a arms with very minimal slop..... Kcobra showed me this and I have used it. And best if all, the tool costs around 5$...
