Umm, yeah Ray; your 17.5 qualifiers would have put you in the A of the 13.5 class

My take is that we've had 5 rounds, and really only the 4th main had a lot of banging. And it was the A guys, not the B guys that were tangling.

I know that many of the potential B or even C drivers stay away because there isn't a Rookie class. And I saw 3 young racers Sunday that didn't race for fear of creating carnage.

What if the Rookie class was open to all stock classes like they do in off-road, run Mini, Sedan, F1's together? Its still all about staying in the lines. What if you always run a rookie class if there are at least 2? Maybe the day is 15 min longer for the rest of us, but I know people stay away because they cant count on a race. Lets encourage the new blood and give them an alternative to the sportsman class.
