Here is the L setup with chassis and top deck flex settings. Front link shimming is a little different too without the ffg.

Thanks. ill try this as soon as i can get a damper adjustment tool. the guy i bought the car from kept the tool even though he had another one in a evo kit he had sitting. so until i can get my hands on the damper tool im stuck.
