Took off the dampener tubes and unscrewed the tweak springs all the way up. Put the front wheels on scales and the left front is measuring 221 g and the right front is measuring 159 g. Going to pull the front end apart and rebuild tonight to see if I have something off/bent/binding etc. but that's still a pretty big difference. Even if I put the receiver and pack on the right side the balance on the front only changes about 5 g.
