teamAE has another solution, although your not really fixing the problem, just patching it. Ideally, you want to set up the car so your EPA's are not all jacked.... I have to say that this solution has worked for me in a pinch (at race time).
over gear: Ya, that's the problem with the tweak station. The bubble might be dead-nuts in the center, but your car will still act tweaked. That's when track-tweak comes in. Make sure you set it DURING practice. At race time you may not be allowed the time to play and adjust.
