I don't have a KO servo and looking at the specs the KO is .2mm thinner than the Spektrum but I would have taken a bit more than that off the cup.
Also tried it with the shims out and it makes no difference
I'm sure I'll get it right eventually I just spent an hour on it trying to get it right.
For now the shaved ball cups works as a back up plan to if I don't
