Looking at this to me it seems like it's not the original head. The carb and engine mount shape screams 359 to me but the head is wrong. An easy way to tell if it's a 359 is the size of the crankshaft pin. It's smaller than all the other nova .21's and has P1 etch on the rod instead of R1.
