Wildcat, did you ever post that video of your ball cups binding before and after polishing?
I just bent my first turnbuckle and ordered Lunsford replacements. Figured I might as well polish all the balls up while I've got everything off.
Did you just throw the threads in a drill and spin on some polish and a rag? Dremel with polishing tip? Drill and high grit count wet sand?
