I've milled out some of the center spine... probably moved the battery inboard by about 2mm.
And I've trimmed off the battery posts, and put a slot for taping.
With these mods I was able to get my balancing ballast down from like 25g to more like 6g.
I couldn't think of much else to do to get weight down that wouldn't weaken the chassis... so right now I'm at about 1450g.
