Bob-switch the "lowering" and "raising" in the tuning guide and its right on. IMO moving the axles up is more steering, but more "pivoty" where the steering just isn't smooth. Lowering them would of course do the opposite, and just give really smooth almost numb steering responses. I mostly stick with middle, but you never know until you try.
