Looks normal to me. I have found that the smoother I drive. My clutch has less wear. My clutch shoes are ready to be replaced after 3 to 4 race days.
After 2 races I sand down the edges of the shoes and put all back together.
I race 2 weekends a month. Hope this helps.
Some ppl says about 3-4gal lifespan of single alu shoe set. My prev alu set held wear a bit more than one gal until something happened and it gone away with a lot of silver powder. So i suppose that something above 2 gal is normal lifespan of alu shoes.
My engine is Picco 5TR team spec with 2099 pipe (smoothest from all picco pipes).
Already ordered new clutchbell, and gonna make some experiments with old one.
