common.. I love my tekno's but listen the customer service is marginal at best. Even on brand new kit parts defective before you get them they make you pay to ship them in, then pay to get the replacement. They only offered me a discount on my et48 outdrives that were showing wear signs after just 20minutes or so of use.. and that was a discount after I paid for shipping both ways. I decided to just run them and replace when they get unusable as the price wasn't much different and I don't have to go with out a vehicle for a week.... lets call a spade a spade.
Again love my teknos but please this company's CS is on the very bottom of the scale.

I had an issue, shipped out parts same day, NO CHARGE, I THINK THEY HAVE GREAT SERVICE!!!
Other companies not so much
