It all really depends on how you drive and what you have on your car. Just because it works for one person doesn't mean it works for everyone. I can tell you on my car I have many of the option parts, but here's a good starting point....

- 1k oil in the shocks
- 50k in the front diff
- 30k in the rear diff
- For a tight track, get the off road ring and pinion gear to get more bottom end out of the car. Drop down to a 15/19 on the clutch bell and you'll be ok.
- upgrade the brake with the option one

Again, it depends on how you drive. I switched to 2k oil in my front shocks with silver springs all the way around. Using a 14/19 clutch bell with 49/44 on the spurs. I changed out the front brake with the steel one and added a rear one to make it stop on a dime.

Play with the car and you'll see what you'll want to change.
