Though similar, they are different bodies. The one you posted for identification is an HRT F1 replica body that I can't remember the name of and the Tech one is pretty similar and I like it better actually. Smoother flow to it which makes it sleek.
I knew I had seen it! The body you posted is the Chevron Models F-110 Body for Tamiya F103 & Tamiya F104 which I believe is out of production.
