Well first race of the etruggy went well. We arrived Thursday at AMS around 9:30AM, got signed up, and got the batteries on charge. The line to get on the driver's stand ranged from 45-90min all day, but managed to get in 3 runs on the ebuggy and 1 on the truggy before they started seeding practice. Ebuggy felt good, though a little loose in the rear. Started on Square Armors and ended up on Hybrids.

Seeding practice began, but stopped after 5 heats when the weather came in and took out the power. I was in heat 3 with the ebuggy and ran a good run too. When it came on later that night, they did open practice till midnight, and I got one more pack in both. Chicky was running Impacts so tried them. They felt a little loose but very controllable and while I had good front bite, the side was a little lacking. Next morning, was back in heat 3, running the Impacts and they were really loose and did not drive well.

2nd qualifier went back to Hybrids and the buggy was much better. Made a change to the rear camber link (middle to outside hole on the upright) and swapped the rear diff from 7k to 5k (was 7/10/7 V1 diffs before this) for the third qualifier. Steering came way up, cut down the dual rate, and buggy felt great. Talked to Joe and Chicky that evening and determined I was probably too thick overall in the diffs. Changed to 5/5/3 for Saturday morning's mains. I was qualified 1st in the D Main. Start was good, but the mental game got to me and started making some mistakes falling back to 4th. Got a hold of myself and worked back to 2nd and the final bump spot. Started 15th in the C-Main, and the buggy felt really good as the track groved in. Did not make any changes from the morning other then cleaning tires (did not have much time in between) and ran a second set of batteries as the first hadn't fully charged. Worked my way up and with a final pass in the back table top, finished 4th.

Thanks Chicky and Joe for the help and congrats on the strong finishes! Did not have a ton of Serpent's there, but they represented well! Thanks Steve for all of the support and the help getting everything together for each heat.
