A glitch buster / stutter stopper / voltage protector / pick a name is a capacitor that plugs into any open slot in the receiver. It helps hold the voltage steady, filters out some of the short term fluctuations.
But on second thought I'm not sure how helpful it would be in your situation with a receiver pack. Typically they are used on electric RCs where the BEC section of the ESC only has a few amps of capability. I would think any decent lipo receiver pack would be capable of more, so the cap may not offer as much help in comparison.
They are fairly inexpensive though, if you do try it please let us know how it worked out.
