Update...Plans are still in order. I'm ordering a few sheets of 1/8" or 3/16" styrene to make a protector plate for the chassis' underside. The styrene will have to be countersunk also, so probably 3/16" is what I would need. I'll probably also need longer screws to make up the difference. The protector plate will be RIT-dyed black, and the chassis will also be black.
