that PS is way way way over kill, lol. But yeah, it will work fine. And if you decide to charge both packs at 20amps, your still good. I charge 2 2s packs at 10amps and use a cheapy protek 20amp psu. Keep in mind, its all about the watts, not the amps. Charging both of my 2s packs at 10amps, only pulls 15 amps of current from the PSU.
10x8.4(full voltage) = 84watts.
84 watts x 2 = 168 watts of power needed. Add about 20% overhead for giggles and anything 200 watts and higher will work
