Shrek- I think you will really like the Trinity front end once you get used to it. It has a little higher learning curve because you can readily adjust roll center and camber gain compared to the Associated. The Associated front end is more straight forward with its caster and camber settings and therefore easier up front to adjust.
The Trinity front end is more durable and consistent due to its extra rigidity and I think that adds up to greater performance and less maintenance. The nice thing is that you wil be able to test both and see which one you like best.
