So I just finished fitting all of the upgrade bits to my MM RB6; can't believe how much difference in weight between the stock arms and the carbon-composite arms! I actually thought the kit must have come with the carbon ones because I couldn't tell a difference visually but each pair of arms saves over 5 grams (good reduction in unsprung mass) and with the shock towers adds up to a total saving of over 15grams. Car is now sitting at 1465grams with no bits removed or any drilling etc done to lighten anything; and that's with a standard servo & standard 220g shorty (not these super light 160g ones I keep reading about. Just have to figure out where to add weight back in now to meet the 1499 requirement...
