Surface is smooth with the exception of a couple of center concrete divider gaps but those can be filled or worked around.
No water or bathroom area and electricity will be by generators for now. If this goes well I can possibly work with the owner of the property to help get the electric/lights back on and we pay the bill but I need to see what kind of turn out to see if it is worth it.
