The CRC cutter is actually sold under like 3 different brand names, no idea who actually makes it, but it's better than the Hudy one, in fact probably the best around, you slap it into any tyre truer, and it makes them cut tyres as good as anything you can buy.
I have the 3Racing truer, with a proper cutting bit in it, very good.
