Don't think it would work, because the crankcase of the WCR and the regular EVOII have a special cut on top of the exhaust port area to match the wide cut on top of the sleeve exhaust port.
The 5 port TUP has different exhaust port arrangement.
If I'm not mistaken TUP and old Sirios have Cranckcase Part Nš
S12 111100, and EvoII and WCR have Part Nš S12 111101.
Also TUP and IFMAR EVOII's share same crankshaft. WCR has different and better timing.

If you wan't a mean a.. kicking 5 port Sirio based engine...get the
L.Collari 5 port AAC engine.....free advice...jajajaja
