The more I look at my setup and the more I look at Cody Turner's setup I am pretty close to his. Everything in the front is the same except for the Ackerman Ball Studs, I used UM128's. I don't think you would notice much difference to be honest. The 128's are the same ones used on the rear camber links.

For the rear I ran top shock in the 3 hole on the tower, 1.0 Rear Suspension Holder Spacer. The wheelbase was 4mm F 2mm R with 0 degree Alum rear hubs using hole 3, axle spacer 2mm out. Aluminum option suspension mounts, b in on both front and rear for 3 degree toe. 1mm spacer under the camber links, both sides.

The shocks were the same, stock pistons, 37.5 front oil with orange spring 27mm shock shaft length but 2mm spacer inside. The rear was 32.5 oil, red spring, shock shaft length was 35.5 total and then I added the 3mm spacers on the outside of the shock.

Tires were Pro-Line Ion's in MC compound. I used WD-40 spread on with a tooth brush but cleaned them with water and simple green first.

I ran a square pack but never ran a shorty so I am not sure how different the truck would have handled. As I mentioned before about the electronics layout, servo, receiver, battery, speed control.
