ok here is what I came up with. i went out and got a temp gun so i could play with the voltage cutoff and find the best way to charge my packs. 0.04 gives exactly 125 degrees at peak which is great. the runtime stayed the same but the ir and voltage reading got better, 3.0 and 1.17. Then I cycled a new pack I just received this week from jeff, used the same cutoff and monitored the temp. cell label is 425s with 2.3ir and 1.178av. they cycled at 405s with 3ir and 1.170av. it could be my chragers calibration or whatever but at this point i'm tired of bench racing. the only way to really find out is to cycle a different matchers pack and see how it cycles out on my charger... it be great if we could get jeff on this board, better then bothering him with emails and phone calls at work...
