Have a question about tire sauce.

I run on low grip, blown out, bumby, dusty tracks.

I have become tired of using too many tires, and now have boxes full of worn down tires.

Are there any tire sauce made for off road outdoor use that could be applied to worn out tires to get some extra laps out of them?
