Today I tried a lot of your tips and it worked great.
I changed the shock positions to 3 at front and 4 at rear. Also used pink springs in the front. Car felt really good and the lap time dropped 2 tenth to 10.2.
It is still 1-2 tenth slower than the fastest guy but much better than before.
