When a vehicle lands on its lid.
There is a lot of vertical stress put on the 3 mm screws which bolt the rear chassis brace to
the bulkhead. It is especially true with the Electric buggy due to the added
weight of the battery.
this part is designed to reduce the stress on the plastic cross brace by anchoring it to the shock tower.
