So I have tamed the massive amount of steering with this car. I found that with the stock steering set-up per instructions that the car had a tremendous amount of turn-in bump steer. To alleviate this I spaced the rack up 1mm with the cone washers from the 05/06 steering rack, then placed the ball joint under the rack. To maintain proper clearand of the ball cup, I spaced it down 1mm. With this set-up I have 0 bump steer. I can adust the amount by adding or removing washers under the steering knuckle ball cup or by adding up to 1.5 mm more under rack ball cup. I was having major traction roll issues until I did this mod.
As for a good carpet set-up, ill post mine later when I get home.
