One side of my 308D has begun acting up. I have had it about 2 months. It has stopped balancing, either on charge or balance only. I swapped leads to trouble shoot, but it continues to charge forever, without balancing. I tried refreshing the settings and it is still not functioning. I ordered it from
www.heli-heli.com and have sent a request into them for information about warranty repair/exchange. Has anyone else had this problem? If so how were you able to get it repaired? I can't seem to find a way to contact jun-si, and I know some retailers want you to deal with the manufacturer when it comes to defective products.
