Caster Diff kits are $43 and the SC104x4 bearings are $7.29 a pair. So for about $100 for a set of Gear Diffs.
I just did the Durango gear diffs to my b44.2. I used the outdrive bearings from a sc10, the lower bearing is the correct width, od diameter, and id. So 4x16x10mm
