The sadle or the shorty batery option is a must for everyone into racing or bashing and for the speed guys maybe 2 shortys... hein?

Problem for me is finding a 4s capable motor that fits in that stock 540 size space. LOL!
I would think there are better options out there for a speed run car than this...(but I'm not trying to stop you...)
From the looks of the photos you should be able to run two shorty packs... you'll need an extra shorty battery strap, and you'll need to drill the mounting hole for it in the left side of the chassis... you'd be running the motor on the front right, so you would be limited to a 3650 motor size...
The esc may end up needing to be mounted to the chassis top plate (maybe right behind/infront of the center diff.)
But this motor should do great for 4s.
