If your looking for longer shock shafts, apparently the 414 teflon ones are 2mm longer. found this out after a discussion with TRF415 Boy (hey fab), he's owns two 414's (orig and an M).

I confirm, just took the shocks outa my 414M and the shafts are about 2mm longer.
