You can't base one motors gearing and results on another. If you changed motors you need to start all over with your temp readings.

The "I blew up X 13.5 motor from running my Y 13.5 gearing" doesn't help your case.

New motor, you start all over.

That said, a 1 tooth pinion change isn't going to result in an additional 80 deg.
